USCIS Seeks Public Comments on Form I-361 Extension

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comments on the extension of its currently approved Form I-361, which is used to request the cancellation of removal of an alien who is in the United States without authorization. The comment period is open until March 17, 2024.
