Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Change to Safety Zone Regulations for Baltimore and Oxford Fireworks Displays

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary change to the safety zone regulations for two recurring fireworks displays in the Fifth Coast Guard District, which will restrict vessel traffic in the Northwest Harbor, Patapsco River, and Tred Avon River during the events in Baltimore, MD, and Oxford, MD.
