Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Regulations for Annual Bayview Mackinac Race

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing permanent Special Local Regulations to ensure safe vessel movement during the start of the Annual Bayview Mackinac Race, a popular sailboat competition, to protect both recreational boaters and commercial shipping in the area.
