Coast Guard Updates Marine Events and Safety Zones in Eighth Coast Guard District

The US Coast Guard has published a direct final rule updating its special local regulations and safety zones for recurring marine events in the Eighth Coast Guard District, effective March 1, 2012, following no adverse comments.
