Coast Guard Temporarily Adjusts Steel Bridge Schedule for Rose Parade

The Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation to allow the upper deck of the Steel Bridge to remain closed during the Rose Parade in Portland, Oregon, to facilitate efficient movement of event patrons and accommodate light rail and roadway traffic.
