DEA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve an information collection request for DEA Forms 225, 225a, and 225b, which are used for registration, renewal, and chain renewal purposes, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register.
