Department of Justice to Submit Information Collection Request for Immigration-Related Employment Practices Complaint Form

The Department of Justice will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of a new information collection form related to complaints of unfair immigration-related employment practices, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
