DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request for Firearms Transaction Record, Part I, Over-the-Counter

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection, the Firearms Transaction Record, Part I, Over-the-Counter, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
