Justice Department Proposes Rule to Clarify Faith-Based Organization Treatment and Implement Executive Order

The Department of Justice is proposing a rule to revise regulations on equal treatment for faith-based and other neighborhood organizations, aiming to provide clarity on their rights and obligations in Department programs and protect beneficiaries, in line with Executive Order 13559.
