DOL Rescinds 2011 FAQ on H-2A Visa Certification Process

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the Department of Labor (DOL) is rescinding a 2011 FAQ that prohibited employers from filing a single temporary agricultural labor certification for nonimmigrant workers under the H-2A visa classification after the first date of need.
