EOIR Publishes Proposed Rule on Non-Profit Representative Authorization

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) has released a proposed rule that would allow non-profit religious, charitable, and social service organizations to appoint representatives to assist with immigration proceedings before EOIR and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The public is invited to comment on the proposed rule and attend three public meetings to discuss the changes.
