DOJ, ATF Submit Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on August 24, 2015, which allowed for a 60-day public comment period.
