US Department of Justice Reopens Comment Period for Procedures for Completing Uniform Periodic Reports in Non-Small Business Cases Filed Under Chapter 11 of Title 11

The US Department of Justice, through its Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health Tribunal (EOUST), has reopened the comment period for its proposed rule, Procedures for Completing Uniform Periodic Reports in Non-Small Business Cases Filed under Chapter 11 of Title 11, after receiving requests from interested parties to meet with EOUST officials and provide additional feedback.
