FDA to Conduct Labeling and Effectiveness Testing for Over-the-Counter Sunscreen Drug Products

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will conduct labeling and effectiveness testing for sunscreen drug products intended for over-the-counter human use, following a proposal by the agency to enhance the safety and efficacy of these products.
