ACF and ANA Announce Expansion Supplement Grant Awards to Support Native American Tribes' Health Initiatives

The Administration for Children and Families and the Administration for Native Americans have awarded ten expansion supplement grants to Native American Tribes to combat health issues in Native America, with a focus on supporting activities associated with the First Lady's Let's Move! initiative in Indian Country.
