US Department of Health and Human Services Renewal of Emergency Use Declaration for Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets

The US Department of Health and Human Services has renewed a declaration allowing the emergency use of doxycycline hyclate tablets, including oral formulations, to combat a potential domestic emergency involving Bacillus anthracis, following a determination by the Secretary of Homeland Security on September 23, 2008.
