FDA Announces Animal Drug User Fee Rates and Payment Procedures for Fiscal Year 2012

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published the rates and payment procedures for fiscal year (FY) 2012 animal drug user fees, as mandated by the Animal Drug User Fee Act of 2003 and the Animal Drug User Fee Amendments of 2008, to collect fees for certain animal drug applications and supplements, as well as for establishments and sponsors involved in the development of these products.
