Medicare Program; Evaluation Criteria and Standards for Quality Improvement Program Contracts (10th Statement of Work)

This notice with comment period describes the general criteria we intend to use to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) that will enter into contracts with CMS under the 10th Statement of Work (SOW) on August 1, 2011. The evaluation of a QIOs' performance related to their SOW will be based on evaluation criteria specified for the aims, drivers, tasks, and subtasks set forth in section J-10 of the QIOs' 10th SOW.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
