CMS Proposes Changes to Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug System
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing to modify the Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MARx) System to broaden data collection and storage as part of a redesign and modernization effort, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
