Medicare Program; Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems for Acute Care Hospitals and the Long-Term Care Hospital Prospective Payment System and FY 2012 Rates; Hospitals' FTE Resident Caps for Graduate Medical Education Payment

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is updating the Medicare hospital inpatient prospective payment systems for acute care hospitals and long-term care hospitals to reflect changes from the Affordable Care Act and other legislation, while also setting new payment rates and caps for graduate medical education.
