FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Tobacco Product Reporting Violation Form Collection

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on its proposed collection of information from the Tobacco Product Reporting Violation Form, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public has 60 days to provide feedback on the proposed collection.
