FDA Extends Comment Period for Dietary Supplements Guidance

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its draft guidance on new dietary ingredient notifications to December 2, 2011, in response to a request for an additional 60-day extension, allowing interested persons more time to submit comments on the guidance.
