Transfer of Responsibility

The Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) has transferred the licensing responsibilities for Small Business Investment Companies from the Agency Licensing Committee to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff through the Agency's internal clearance process.
