National Park Service Prepares Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Yellowstone Winter Use Plan
The National Park Service is preparing a supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for a Winter Use Plan in Yellowstone National Park, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, to further the purposes of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
