Ohio Reopens Public Comment Period for Proposed Regulatory Amendment

The U.S. Office of Surface Mining (OSM) has announced the reopening of the public comment period for a proposed amendment to the Ohio regulatory program, which includes changes to the state's alternative bonding system and other regulatory actions.
