U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Public Comment Period for Dunes Sagebrush Lizard

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for the proposed endangered status of the dunes sagebrush lizard, allowing interested parties to comment on the proposed rule, a new conservation agreement in Texas, and a previously completed agreement in New Mexico.
