Bureau of Land Management to Prepare Master Leasing Plan for Public Lands in Utah

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is announcing the start of a scoping process to prepare a Master Leasing Plan for leasing oil and gas and potash on approximately 783,000 acres of public lands in Utah, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
