OSM Announces Proposed Information Collection for Surface and Underground Mining Permit Applications

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request for surface and underground mining permit applications, which includes environmental resource information, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 review process.
