U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to List Boreal Toad Population as Endangered or Threatened

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has initiated a review of the Eastern population of the boreal toad, following a petition to list it as a distinct population segment under the Endangered Species Act, and will issue a 12-month finding on the petition in 12 months.
