DEEPWATER HORIZON Oil Spill: Final Phase I Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment Approved

The U.S. government has approved the first eight restoration projects to address the environmental damage caused by the 2010 DEEPWATER HORIZON oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, as required by the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and the National Environmental Policy Act.
