Bureau of Land Management to Issue Appealable Decision on Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Lands

The Bureau of Land Management will issue a decision approving the conveyance of surface estate in certain lands to Kotlik Yupik Corporation, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, with subsurface estate to be conveyed to Calista Corporation in some areas.
