OSM Requests Renewed Approval for Small Operator Assistance Program Information Collection

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking renewed approval for its Permanent Regulatory Program--Small Operator Assistance Program, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and has submitted the request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
