Oklahoma Regulatory Program Amendment Approved

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has approved an amendment to Oklahoma's regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, updating subsidence allegation reporting requirements and bond calculation procedures at permit renewal, in an effort to enhance operational efficiency.
