U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Threatened Status for Two Plant Species and Designates Critical Habitat

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to list Umtanum desert buckwheat and White Bluffs bladderpod as threatened under the Endangered Species Act, and designate critical habitat for both species in Washington state.
