U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Revise Comprehensive Conservation Plan for Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to update the conservation plan for Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge, which will also include an environmental impact statement to assess the effects of different plan alternatives, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the agency's conservation policy.
