U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Revised Critical Habitat for Northern Spotted Owl

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft economic analysis and environmental assessment for a proposed revision to the critical habitat of the northern spotted owl, a species protected under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
