FMCSA Exempts 17 Individuals with Diabetes Mellitus from Commercial Motor Vehicle Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has exempted 17 individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus from a rule prohibiting them from operating commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce. These exemptions will allow the individuals to drive CMVs across state lines.
