Iowa Northern Railway Company-Trackage Rights Exemption-Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation d/b/a Canadian Pacific

The Iowa Northern Railway Company has submitted a request for exemption from trackage rights regulations to the Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation, also known as Canadian Pacific, in order to operate on its tracks. This exemption will allow the Iowa Northern Railway Company to use Canadian Pacific's trackage rights, enabling it to improve its rail network and increase efficiency.
