DOT Withdraws Aviation Data Modernization NPRM

The Department of Transportation is withdrawing its proposed rulemaking for aviation data modernization, citing concerns that the proposed approach does not adequately address data accuracy, integrity, and cost reduction, and instead will allow for later refinement of the methodology.
