New Brunswick Railway Company Exempted from Prior Approval Requirements

The US Board granted exemptions to The New Brunswick Railway Company to maintain control of Maine Northern Railway Company and Eastern Maine Railway, effective June 15, 2011, allowing MNRC to exercise trackage rights granted by Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway, Ltd.
