CSX Transportation, Inc. Secures Lease Exemption for Rail Line in Philadelphia, PA

The Surface Transportation Board has granted CSX Transportation, Inc. an exemption to lease a 1,303-foot rail line in Philadelphia, PA, without prior approval, allowing the company to build a new connection between its Trenton Subdivision Line and the leased line, which will facilitate operations on both the Trenton Line and an Amtrak-owned line.
