FHWA Rescinds Highway 35 Environmental Impact Statement Notice
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is rescinding a notice of intent and draft environmental impact statement for Highway 35 improvements in Nebraska due to lack of funding, reducing the scope of the project to focus on a more defined area within the Norfolk region.
