FMCSA to Revise Information Collection Request for Foreign Motor Carriers and Private Carriers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to submit a revised information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, requiring Mexico-domiciled for-hire and private motor carriers to file an application form if they wish to transport property within U.S.-Mexico international borders or commercial zones of municipalities.
