Mississippi Highway Project EIS Notice Rescinded

The U.S. Department of Transportation has withdrawn its intention to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed highway connecting Interstate 10 south of Kiln to Interstate 59 in Picayune, Mississippi, a project that was first announced in 2009.
