U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd. Did Not Underprice Its Nickel-Plated Flat-Rolled Steel Products from Japan

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd. did not sell its nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan at a price lower than their normal value during the review period from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025. The Commerce Department is also rescinding the review for 14 other companies, and invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary results.
