Freeport LNG Expansion, L.P. and FLNG Liquefaction, LLC Seek Long-Term Authorization to Export Liquefied Natural Gas

Freeport LNG Expansion, L.P. and FLNG Liquefaction, LLC have submitted an application to the Department of Energy for long-term authorization to export up to 9 million metric tons of liquefied natural gas per annum for a 25-year period, starting from the date of the first export or five years after authorization, whichever is sooner.
