Western Area Power Administration Proposes Updates to Loveland Area Projects Transmission and Balancing Authority Ancillary Services Formula Rates

The Western Area Power Administration is proposing to update its formula rates for Loveland Area Projects and Western Area Colorado Missouri Balancing Authority Ancillary Services, which would take effect from October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2016, or until superseded.
