Western Area Power Administration Proposes Updates to Transmission System and Ancillary Services Rates

The Western Area Power Administration is proposing to update its formula rates for various transmission system and ancillary services, including Generator Imbalance Service, to meet evolving requirements. The proposed rate changes, set to take effect on October 1, 2011, will remain in effect through September 30, 2016.
