U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corporation Sold Stainless Steel Plate at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corporation sold certain stainless steel plate in coils from Taiwan at a price lower than its normal value during the review period, and is rescinding the review for 71 companies, inviting comments on the preliminary results.
