DOE Grants Waiver to LG for Residential Clothes Washer Test Procedure

The US Department of Energy has granted LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. a waiver from its test procedure for determining energy consumption of clothes washers, allowing LG to use an alternate method to account for larger clothes containers.
